PMP Test Changing in March

The Project Management Institute (PMI) will be updating its guide and test late March 2018.  PMI will be adding several sections to its guide (PMBoK) and thus the exam.

I once believed if you are a seasoned PM and familar with project management concepts and metholody such as Critial Path, Crashing the Schedule, Time and Materials contracts, and other commom concepts, learning some equations and specific PMI princples, you have a good change of passing the exam.

I have since been invited to review uCertify PMP course materials and now think you could only do better by taking some type of preparation course before “sitting for the PMP” exam.

I will elaborate on my experence of taking a uCertify course in the next few posts, and if I dare to take the PMP test, my results as well!
