This option in Administration allows you to change on a more granular level, the labels in your CRM.
It my take some time to catch every option so we recommend you change it for one module and save that change. Try it out and see how it works, make sense on your views and reports, and then if it works, change it every where else.
- Go to Administration
- Click on Global Label Manager
- Un-collapse a module
- You will see all the labels for that module listed
- Be sure to catch if you are updating a Singular or Plural label
- Note if you want your Customer Portal to be updated or just internal labels
Some common changes:
- Remove -> Delete
